Observation #5 :Effect is after the kriya
Link the earlier observation of the mucus or gases observed while doing the kapalbhati or other kriyas, just found out that the effect of all kriyaas is observed at the end of the kriya or when the asana is done.
The above observations with opening of both the nostrils is also observed when I followed the end of session with a shavasana.
Now How far is this useful and supporting any conclusion or derivation to something,, dont know as of now.
